All Hydrogen Fuel Cell teams are required to fit a Vögtlin Red-Y series Hydrogen Flowmeter. This meter shall be fitted according to the Chapter 1 rules and the instructions supplied by the manufacturer.

For Prototype vehicles, the Compact GCM model will be used.
For Urban Concept vehicles, the Smart GCM model will be used, and this will be connected to the Onboard Computer.
